Dear friends,
Every year, we hold a search for two important lay leadership roles: Vestry members and Diocesan Convention delegates.
Applications are now open, and the Nominating Committee is actively seeking new lay leaders of varied backgrounds to represent the richness and diversity of the Trinity community.
We are looking for a broad diversity of age, gender identity, socioeconomic background, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, and persons with disabilities. The Vestry is willing to assist potential candidates to address barriers that might restrict participation.
Candidates must be grounded in their faith and the Episcopalian tradition, a pledging member and communicant in good standing (attending services four or more times per year), and passionate about Trinity and leading its future. They must be willing and able to commit to the hours of service involved.
Above all, we are looking for Trinitarians who live by the values of this community: respect, compassion, integrity, justice, inclusion, stewardship, and radical hospitality. You may nominate yourself, or you can nominate someone who you think would be a good fit.
