The AASP Leadership Academy Committee is excited to announce the opening of Cohort Applications for the inaugural cohort of the Leadership Academy. Each cohort will consist of 8 to 12 AASP members interested in developing their leadership skills. The Academy year will launch at the Annual AASP Conference in Montréal in October 2025. Each cohort will have a dedicated mentor who will lead the cohort through curated modules designed to develop the skills needed to serve AASP in leadership positions.
The AASP Leadership Academy is designed to identify, develop, and support emerging and aspiring leaders across AASP’s diverse membership. Please complete the Cohort Application in full and submit with a current CV and Statement of Interest no later than June 30, 2025 to Betsy Shoenfelt, Chair of the Leadership Academy Committee (bshoenfelt@appliedsportpsych.net).
