Hi Pace,

The Pace ELI offers 2-day weekend Career Skills Development Courses on our New York City and Westchester campuses for au pairs!

Registration is now open for our March and April weekend courses.

Courses starting soon include:

· Excellence in Education (March 4-5) - New York City campus STARTING SOON!

· Child Development & Psychology (April 15 - 16) - Westchester campus

· Learning How to Learn: The Psychology of Learning (April 29-30) - New York City campus

Receive 20 course hours for each of these classes, or 40 course hours if you apply for an additional research assignment.

Au Pairs interested in completing their education credits this Spring can easily find course combinations to meet the hours they need.

In-person students enjoy full access to the Pace campus, including our NCAA fitness center, library, free parking (Westchester), student dining centers, and more while they study at Pace.

PACE NOW! Health & Wellness

Earlier this month, Pace University adopted the Okanagan Charter, an international framework for promoting wellness on campuses globally, during a campus-wide fair lauding the importance of wellbeing for its students.

Hundreds of students, faculty, and staff turned out across all three of its campuses to celebrate the signing as well as to see dozens of exhibitors and programs available to members of the Pace community.

Receive an overview of the teaching profession, understand strategies for immediate classroom success, and practice creating effective lesson plans. This course is scheduled all day Saturday and Sunday.

This course provides an introduction into to the discipline of child psychology, and to selected theories, approaches, and practices to help understand and support children’s lives. This course is scheduled all day Saturday and Sunday.

This interactive workshop teaches you strategies and techniques to enhance learning for your personal, academic, and professional success. This course is scheduled all day Saturday and Sunday.

Research Assignment Course Add-on

4-hour and 6-hour Add-ons (Online)

Our 4-hour and 6-hour research assignments allow students to practice their academic research skills while earning 4 or 6-hours toward their au pair J1 visa education requirement.

NOTE: This add-on must be taken together with another Pace University course.
