Apply by May 3 to Join the Illinois House Call Project

We could tell you again how valuable it is to be part of HCCI’s Illinois House Call Project (ILHCP), but instead, let’s hear what two participants from the first cohort have to say:

“HCCI’s Illinois House Call Project is a terrific resource for house call providers. It provides valuable networking and course instruction, plus the practice assessment course gave me new ideas to consider in my business operations. I’d recommend that new cohort participants take advantage of as many HCCI offerings as they can. Not only can HCCI help them expand their networks, but the courses they offer can help them enhance their operations.”

— Dr. April Odom, APRN, Family Nurse Practitioner, CEO of Physicals Plus

“The Illinois House Call Project provides terrific opportunities to network with other house call providers and practice owners. It has been tremendously helpful to meet, share ideas, and learn from colleagues. As they begin, I encourage new ILHCP participants to assess their needs and look inward. Then, they can work closely with HCCI to utilize the resources that they provide to achieve their goals. My greatest hope is that house calls become more the norm.”

— Letasha Lewis, APRN, CEO of Frontier Healthcare Systems

Passionate Illinois providers — including independent practices, those affiliated with health systems, and hospice and palliative care programs looking to add or expand their home-based primary care services — can apply for the second cohort by Friday, May 3.

Selected practices will receive over $25,000 in benefits, including a full practice “checkup,” comprehensive training and resources, the opportunity to acquire capacity-building funding, and exclusive access to industry experts.
