The goal of the Mark of Excellence is to promote professionalism in the industry by recognizing members for their participation at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® organization. The Mark of Excellence Application must be completed every year!

The Nebraska REALTOR® Pro certification is designed to encourage professionalism and reward members engaged in their association and community. Members completing the criteria are reimbursed for State Association dues for the year the criteria are completed. The certification is awarded on an annual basis. Application forms must be submitted for each application year.

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program offers comprehensive training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the GRI designation distinguishes REALTORS® as professionals with expertise in these critical areas, making them stand out to prospective buyers and sellers.
