Daily Meditation & Contemplative Practice Offerings: Breathing breaks, reflection The Mindfulness Collaboratory: Leading by Intention launched in January 2023 with their pilot cohort for a journey focused contemplative leaders setting intentions to create resilient artistic communities through individual meditation skill share, collective support, and mindful leadership. Following 15 months together participants: felt less stressed and happier; had a stronger sense of self-awareness; increased focus; and experienced an overall increase in flourishing. They are currently recruiting for their newest cohort of participants for their second journey beginning in January 2025. Participants will come together over the course of 15 months to learn and grow together by committing to regular monthly meetings (first 6 months), quarterly check ins (second 6 months), 2 hybrid retreats (January 2025 and 2026), and the development of a capstone project of their own scope and design. Artists & Mothers is committed to supporting artists who identify as mothers at an inflection point in their careers. Eligible to New York City-based artists with children under the age of three, awardees will receive a grant to be used for childcare expenses with the provider of their choice. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to their practice and must have an exhibition history. We invite artists in the visual arts, performing arts, and socially-engaged forms to apply.

Apply: Robert Rauschenberg Foundation
The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation Archives Research Residency is an opportunity for researchers and scholars interested in visiting the Rauschenberg Foundation and its Archives in New York City. The program provides partial support for incurred costs related to travel and lodging expenses related to the visit. The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation Archives, consisting of Robert Rauschenberg’s personal papers and the records from his Florida and New York studios, is the most comprehensive body of information on the artist’s life and career. The Archives Research Residency supports continued scholarly and investigative use of these materials by supporting individuals that demonstrate a compelling need to use the archives and addressing financial barriers that may prohibit onsite access to the archives. In addition, the application is open to all individuals, thereby encouraging research opportunities that move beyond traditional art historical discourse. There are three options for residency dates.

The Ann Friedman Weekly Fellowship is an annual program supporting emerging nonfiction writers in the U.S. who are building their careers.
