Start Lighthouse is Opening Another Literacy Hub


In late September, P.S. 161, the Juan Ponce De Leon School, is getting a Literacy Hub. Hat tip to The Home Depot Foundation and the Ten To One organization for supporting Fellow alum Rina Madhani, who hatched her strategy for Start Lighthouse in our program.

Since we helped her launch her nonprofit, she's helped open nearly thirty student-run news sites in NYC public high schools. More to come!
