With the “new normal” and the increased financial burden placed on artists and artisans across the province, we’ve made changes so that we can continue supporting you in the ways we always have – but easier.
Firstly, our deepest thanks to the members who have been so keen to adopt the appointment system and help us follow social distancing guidelines! Our new appointment system for dropping off or exchanging stock means that you can make an appointment for any day of the week (mind, the weekend slots fill up fast) by calling us at 604 669 8021 or emailing Kelsey, our Gallery Information & Inventory Coordinator, at kelsey@circlecraft.net.
Appointment times are 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:30 pm.
Secondly, we’ve had folks dropping by to ask for sales totals on the last day of the month, or the first day of the new month. Especially as the CERB program winds down, we understand the urgency of your requests, and we are working hard to get those numbers to you – all 137 of you. Thank you for your patience with us as we work to serve you equally; the sales report is completed for all artists and artisans simultaneously, and we can’t “pull out” one member’s numbers without delaying the process for everyone.
Finally, while we aren’t able to do one-off reports, we are rolling out a system of email cash transfers for amounts $200 and under. If you bank online and would like to receive cash directly to your account, please let us know by calling the gallery store, or emailing Afuwa, our Manager, at afuwa@circlecraft.net.
