Approve Upgrade To Weather-Based Control

Pacific Landscape Management is a Weathermatic Premiere Partner, allowing us to install their Remote Access controllers as we have to most properties we manage over the past several years. 

We are also promoting those that have not upgraded to the SmartLink Wireless Landscape Network Weather Base Irrigation Control  to do so this year. This for a small increase in the monthly fee we are proposing at contract renewal. 

As with many technologies today, their innovative new program is ‘Subscription-Based’ and comes with the hardware with no upfront capital cost. This makes conversion to weather-based control, which we have been promoting for a decade now a NO-BRAINER.
