Approved Training Providers

In 2024, MSA became the first approved training provider in Saskatchewan to deliver OHC Level 1, OHC Level 2, and Safety Fundamentals for Managers and Supervisors training courses. MSA members can take comfort knowing that our training programs meet provincial standards!

Our main driver in becoming an approved training provider was to ensure that our members invest their time in training sessions with updated materials, conducted by approved trainers. This guarantees that they earn a recognized certificate that meets provincially approved safety standards.

MSA staff worked diligently to review and update the course materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. Maintaining this level of excellence is essential to meeting our members' expectations for high-quality training.

Crista Boehm, from the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board, stated, “WorkSafe is proud to announce that MSA is the first training provider to be approved in three standard WorkSafe courses, including Occupational Health Committee Level 1, Occupational Health Committee Level 2, and Supervision and Safety.

This demonstrates MSA’s commitment to providing quality workplace health and safety training and strengthening the culture of safety in Saskatchewan.”
