  • NOTE: inflation is running at an annual rate of 8.3%. We should expect home prices to at least match the annual inflation rate.

  • Increase of $40,000 over 12 months.

  • Tobin's note. I believe the coming recession will not see a drop in home prices. Why? Inventory is so low.

  • Conclusion. Home interest rates are going to continue to rise and so will homes. If you are thinking about buying---buy now!
