Having worked in commercial mediation for 25+ years, Marc Feder will share his personal insights on the skills he has found most helpful in his highly respected practice. He will take us on a journey to learn the best practices of caucusing. He will also explore the question of how mediators can adapt to meet the needs of disputants while remaining true to themselves.

Marc Feder
Marc Feder is a full-time mediator of commercial matters throughout California. He has mediated cases across a broad spectrum of disputes with a focus on class action and other employment litigation since 1994. He graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1993. Shortly thereafter, Marc began his work with Community Boards as a mediator, coach, and trainer.
