The GLCEDC has been active in the community, participating in the Illinois Manufacturers' Association (IMA) Livingston/McLean County Regional Roundtable Discussion, approving a Building Improvement Grant to Wolf Creek Golf Course, and gaining a new member, JMSA Trucking.

On August 26, 2021 the GLCEDC will hold its 12th Annual GLCEDC Golf Outing. More details about the outing can be found below.

IMA Manufacturers' Roundtable Discussion
Adam served as a guest speaker for the Illinois Manufacturers' Association’s Livingston/McLean County Regional Roundtable. The discussion covered the manufacturing landscape in 2021, workforce development resources, and incentives available to manufacturers. The panel also included representatives from the Bloomington Normal Economic Development Council and Heartland Community College. Watch the recorded discussion below.

Wolf Creek Building Improvement Grant
Wolf Creek Golf Course in Pontiac was approved for a $5,625 Building Improvement Grant by the GLCEDC to improve the interior and exterior of their building and add an outdoor patio.

12th Annual GLCEDC Golf Outing

The GLCEDC will host its 12th Annual Golf Outing on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Pontiac Elks Club.
