Yom HaShoah Community Commemoration

April 13

Together, we will honour the six million Jewish lives lost in the Holocaust and stand united against antisemitism and all forms of hatred. Following the candle lighting ceremony in honour of our local Shoah survivors, award-winning author Kathy Kacer will reflect on her personal story as a child of Holocaust survivors in her talk "Telling Our Shoah Stories: One Writer’s Journey through Her Family History."
