The Real Estate Purchase Contract in the NHMR forms library in the SmartMLS Transaction Desk has been revised. Paragraphs 4(a) and 6 were modified to clarify when the deposits are due. Section 5 has modifications related to the mortgage contingency.

The revised form is also available in the CTR forms library.

We want to remind all Members that you should not be sharing your Supra Ekey authorization codes with anyone. Sharing of authorization codes seriously compromises the security of the electronic lockbox system. If an agent allows another agent to use a key that is registered to them, the registered agent is responsible for all actions with the use of the key.

Should a Member be found sharing an authorization code, they will receive a warning. After the first warning, if there is a second occurrence, the Member will be subjected to a $500 fine.
