The ratio of volunteers to staff in the NACCC hovers around 25:1. Individuals appointed to committees and task teams further our mission through initiatives ranging from budgeting to reviewing grant and membership applications, extending hospitality at our annual meeting, presenting workshops, making phone calls, and stuffing envelopes.
Elected boards and council members comprise the NACCC Leadership Team. A Nominating Committee is elected at each annual meeting to identify qualified church members available to serve. This year's committee gathered monthly and reached out to Congregationalists around the country between sessions. Their recommended slate of nominees reflects keen effort and attention. You will note diversity regarding the following characteristics: gender, race, age group, clergy and laity, longevity in the NACCC, geography, and church size.
With gratitude to numerous volunteers, we celebrate various ways of being faithful embodied in the Congregational Way!
