Tax Season: Important Dates

Monday, April 15 – Individual Tax Deadline! Need more time? Call us to get on our extension list.
Monday, April 15 – Extension Deadline: Remember, this is only an extension of time, not an extension to pay. If you think you might owe, send in a payment to reduce penalties/interest fees.
Monday, April 15 – 1st Quarter 2024 Estimated Payment is due.
Wednesday, May 1 – Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) 2024 Annual Reports are due: This is a mandatory annual business filing to stay in an “Active” status with the state of Florida.
Wednesday, May 1 – Prior Monthly Sales Tax Due – Late on May 20th.

Through our client portal, Kristina Helferty, CPA, offers each client convenience and invaluable security.

Not signed up! Contact us, and we will send you a registration link. Once registered, you can access your account by visiting our website and clicking “CLIENT PORTAL.”

In order to keep client information safe, we also ask for a third verification method - you just need to input your cell phone number! An access code will then be sent straight to you. After that's done, you're in!

Our client portal has plenty of features such as accompanying tours that summarize all of its capabilities; once you start uploading documents, notifications are immediately sent right to us! Everything is fast, easy, and secure when using our client portal.
