I would like to thank our members, board of directors, ambassadors, and all of the volunteers for the success of our 2nd Annual Easter Hop! We have heard many positive comments about the event and it was wonderful seeing so many families out and about! We had just over 100 kids hop around town! We will keep making tweaks to the event and are looking forward to seeing it grow. Check out the Chamber Facebook page to see photos of the Easter Bunny out and about!

We are just over four months away from the 77th Annual Mendota Sweet Corn Festival. I have attached a letter below that highlights sponsorship opportunities. To ensure that Major sponsor logos are included on the festival shirt and brochure I will need verbal confirmation of Major sponsorship by May 1st. Event Sponsors I will need verbal confirmation by June 1st.

The Deadline for the Community Profile book is April 10th. If you have any questions about the book please don't hesitate to reach out. I have copies at the Chamber Office if you would like to pick one up or I am happy to drop one off.

If you would like a flyer added to the enewsletter email Becky at [email protected]. Enewsletters are sent out the 1st and the 15th of each month. If you would like a print out of the newsletter please call the office.

Under each flyer you will find a green download flyer button. I hope this feature allows you to print out events that your interested in and can display at your business. If you would like any flyers printed out for you let the office know and we will get them to you.
