Vincennes Community Churches invite you to the 12th annual Good Friday
+Way of The Cross+

Friday, April 2 beginning at noon. Starting from the steps of the Old Cathedral

Each year Vincennes Community Churches invite the public to participate in the Christian devotional prayer walk along 14 stations representing Jesus Christ’s journey to the cross onto the burial in the tomb.

Chair of the Vincennes Ministerial Association, Trevor Murry says social distancing and mask protocols will still be in place which means the Way of the Cross will look a bit different… Each group will carry a piece of the Cross which will be assembled when each group completes their journey.

CUMC Resurrection Celebration and Egg Hunt
SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 2021 AT 10 AM EDT

The Resurrection Celebration and Egg Hunt on Sat, Apr 3 at 10am. Starts in the Fellowship Hall where Letha Jane's Puppets will share the Gospel Message before a fun egg hunt on the church grounds

Masking will be encouraged while indoors. Bring your own basket.

Rain or Shine--please dress accordingly.
Sugar Plum Ball


The Sugar Plum Ball will be a Street Dance this year! Dress and accessory donations will be accepted for the Fairy Godmother Initiative, held on May 1, 1-3 PM in the Fellowship Hall. More information on the Ball will be coming but dads and daughters please mark your calendar for Sat May 15!
Anniversary Celebration

Henry & Sue Watjen will be celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary
in the church Fellowship Hall on Sunday April 11. Everyone is welcome to f attend from 2 - 4pm.

High School parents: if you are planning on your child going to high school camp, you need to get them registered ASAP. There is a wait list for week 1 already.
We will need adults to go too. Whose brave enough to spend a week at camp with high schoolers? You will be tired and blessed by the end of the week.

Our yard signs have arrived. Starting March 1 these can be placed in yards for $15.00 for 48 hours. Here is the order form if you want to get a jump start on your holiday planning.
