| | Morning Drop-Off Procedure | | For the safety and efficiency of our parking lot, please use the designated drop-off zone only (behind the Chapel). If you or your student need additional time and space, please utilize the Visitor parking area. Pulling into the covered garage or numbered parking spaces is not allowed and disrupts the flow of traffic. Thank you for your cooperation! | | |
Digital Readiness Checks
Our Tech Team will continue to visit AP classrooms next week to perform a comprehensive check of all iPads and keyboards to ensure they meet the digital readiness requirements for the upcoming AP exams in May. Students have been informed of the date of their digital readiness check. All AP students meed to bring their devices to school each day from this point on through the exam period as teachers will be having students login to AP Classroom and BlueBook using their iPads.

Battle of the Fins!
Next week is Spirit Week! Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate in themed dress days as part of Battle of the Boldest: Battle of the Fins. All outfits must align with basic dress code expectations: shirts with sleeves and hems that fall below the waistline, shorts/skirts mid-thigh or longer, and closed-toed shoes. Leggings are permitted all week.
Students who choose not to dress in theme must wear the standard school uniform.

Progress Reports Were Released on Wednesday, April 16
These reports provide a snapshot of your student’s academic standing at this point in the semester. They’re a helpful tool for identifying strengths and areas that may need attention before final grades.
As always, we encourage open communication between students, families, and teachers. If you have any questions or concerns after reviewing your student’s progress report, please don’t hesitate to email Principal of Academics Elizabeth Chaponot, Ph.D.

Lacrosse Senior Night
On Tuesday, April 22, we will recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of the 11 seniors who have all made tremendous contributions to the lacrosse program. Senior Night is always a special event to honor their hard work and dedication. Arrive early to the game, as the celebration begins prior to the varsity game vs. Tamalpais, which is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
Spring Commitment Day
On Wednesday, April 23 at lunch, six of our Cougar student-athletes will have their Commitment Day to compete in intercollegiate athletics! Join us in the Gym. We are so proud of our girls and wish them the best in their upcoming adventures!
Championship Ring Ceremony
On Wednesday, April 23, before our Spring Commitment Day begins, we will have a championship ring ceremony honoring our water polo team! The student-athletes will receive their championship rings for winning the North Coast Section Open Division Championship. Come by the Gym at lunch time on Wednesday to celebrate our incredible championship program and support all our student-athletes as they commit to competing in intercollegiate athletics!
2025-26 Athletics Clearance
Athletics Clearance is officially open for the 2025-26 school year! Please make sure you have completed the Athletics Registration process and select the sports you will be trying out for. Athletics registration is through AthleticClearance.com. This will ensure you are on the list provided to the coaching staff at tryouts.

Pay-It-Forward Senior Uniform Donations
All Senior students: the time is coming to donate your used uniform pieces and spirit wear. All clothing must be clean and in good condition. Donations can be dropped off to the Deans/Attendance Office starting Monday, May 5. Thank You!
Father-Daughter Beach Clean Day - All Families Welcome!
Members of our Fathers Club have arranged a fun beach clean up on Sunday, April 27, 10:00 AM at Bean Hollow State Beach. Families are invited to join and bring a lunch and blanket for a group picnic. Please RSVP, as we have limited space.

Spread the Word—NEW Session of Camp Carondelet - July 28 to August 1
Register now for our BRAND NEW Session of Camp Carondelet from July 28 to August 1! Our Adventure Week Session, a first for 2025, will take our all-girls enrichment camp for incoming 3rd-8th graders on the road around the Bay Area for an exciting week of fun under the sun at several popular locations including the Oakland Zoo, California Academy of Sciences, and even Urban Air in Pleasant Hill. Spaces are very limited!
Registration fee includes transportation to and from our Carondelet Athletics Complex to adventure sites, entry to all locations, and select camp-sponsored meals. We hope your daughter can join us!
