"We sell an upgraded listing to our members on a buyer's guide type website. I would like to keep track of sales calls, emails and conversations inside of Netforum. Does anybody have any experience with this?"
______________
"Did you know you can schedule posts on Facebook? Here's how: D
raft your post and click on the down arrow to the right of the word "Post." You have three options - Schedule/Backdate/Save Draft. Choose one, click and schedule the date and time you want to publish your post or save as a draft and come back to it later. You're done."

Insights Into Engaging Your Association Members
Thursday, May 28, 2015
1-2 pm CT
Unlock the power of personality to help your members connect and engage with colleagues, members and clients, while enhancing your own self discovery.
Scott Schwefel delivers an overview of the Insights Discovery System to help association members understand their unique communications styles, as well as the styles of others. This knowledge helps them better connect with each other, and makes any organization or association stronger.
This same model can be applied to association staff and leadership with amazing results.

Turning Millennials Into Members Tuesday, June 23, 2015 1-2 pm CT
Starting in 2015, the U.S. Census Bureau and the Bureau of Labor Statistics predict that Generation Y (ages 18 to 31) will replace Baby Boomers as the majority of the workforce.
This is the largest human capital shift in history. Millennials also have such dramatically different values and communication styles than previous generations that it will take new membership and marketing strategies to turn them into loyal members.
Learn new tactics for growing your membership base, including how to:
- Relate to the Generation Y mindset
- Leverage the trickle up effect
- Introduce concepts relevant to Millennials without alienating the rest of your membership
- Engage Millennials with a must-have membership value proposition
- Market your association so it's visible, valuable and relevant to Millennials
The bottom line is that Millennials' new values and behaviors can be threats or opportunities for your association. Knowing Y and the new rules of engagement makes the difference.
