APRIL 2016 NEWSLETTER
HAPPY BIRTHDAY,
 CIU!!

CIU turns 32 this month!  WOW!!

We know we would not be here without you, so THANK YOU for another great year, and for all your continued support!
Now, who wants some cake??
D.I.Y. Art Studios
We can consider Art Studios that provide both public and private artistic instruction for customers of all ages, as well as adult only classes that permit alcohol to be consumed during the session (commonly referred to as Social Painting Clubs or BYOB Art Classes).

Alcohol awareness training must be in place for all employees if alcohol is allowed (unless the alcohol is being provided by a licensed caterer w/ their own insurance).

Call 800-241-9759 today to discuss your specific account, or send your submission to newbusiness@ciusgf.com!

THINK YOU DON'T HAVE A MARKET FOR THAT?
WE CAN HELP!
Dwellings  that are deeded in the name of a Corporation, LLC , Trust or " Estate of" situations usually fall outside the realm of a s tandard carrier's guidelines, but CIU can help you place these risks!

We can write Tenant Occupied, Vacants, Renovations, Seasonal Dwellings and/or Condos that are in the name of a Corporation, LLC, or titled in the name of a Trust.

Submit your information to Marsha Peck, Ext 236, mpeck@ciusgf.com today  for a quick turnaround on your quote !
April Showers bring... roof damage?
Unfortunately, along with warmer Spring temperatures, this time of year can also bring unpredictable storms.

But you can "cash in" on Mother Nature's unpredictability by writing those roofing contractors w/ CIU.

We can consider everything from the one-man residential shingle roofer to a large commercial operation, and everything in between!

Call today for an app or an indication!  800-241-9759/newbusiness@ciusgf.com

A Few "Fun Facts" About Abi Haase...
1.  I have only had 2 jobs my whole life.  I worked at Subway for almost 8  years (all through high school and college), and I have been at CIU for over 1 2 years.
2. My major in college was Fine Art Photography.  (Please don't ask me what I was thinking!)
3. I LOVE to go camping and floating.  (On average we float about 10 different rivers a year, and go more than 25 times total.)
4. I am p hoto crazy.  (I take p ictures of everything; and a LOT of them!)
5. I love animals, and especially cats.  (Some would call me a "crazy cat lady," but right now I only have 2.)
6. I love music and going to concerts. (I have probably been to over 200 in my lifetime.)
7. I'm DEATHLY afraid of spiders.  (I know, I know, they're tiny... but oh-so-scary!)
8. I'm a bit of a klutz, and no one is ever surprised if I trip, fall down , or run into things.
9. I love to read (mostly crime and/or drama fiction novels); and I only read REAL books (no Nooks or Kindles for me).
