Resources Supporting
all Dimensions of Wellness
We are pleased to offer resources that support student well-being through several different avenues:

With the Social & Emotional Well-being booster kit, your students' daily physical activity will be bolstered by connecting on a physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual level. Fun activities and equipment are included!

Don't Walk in the Hallway offers active transportation through the hallways as students move from class to class by hoping, skipping and jumping. Colourful floor decals help to mobilize and support activity-permissive learning environments
through a Comprehensive School Health approach !

As a way to build competence and confidence for your students in the water, we have created Dip, Dive & Glide: Immersing Physical Literacy in Aquatic Environments Resource. With curriculum links, safety guidelines, an intro to aquatic  fundamental movement skills and of course plenty of fun games, your students will happily dive right in! Check out the EAS online store for more resources.
