I'm so very proud of my
 b'nai mitzvah students!!!

I'm so very proud I am of my awesome b'nai mitzvah students. Their hearts and souls are tremendous as they are making a difference in our community. The most important part about becoming a bar or bat mitzvah (son or daughter of the Commandments) is making your the world a better place because of your mitzvot. My tremendous students are certainly making our world a better place. I wanted to share just some of the blessings that my current students are giving us. The following is just a very partial list of some current charities, organizations and causes that these young men and women are helping:

- Helping children learn to read

- Winter clothing drive

- Toy collection for CHOP

- Book drive for Camden elementary school library

- Volunteering in local library

- Collecting gently used sports equipment for the needy

- Volunteering at local animal shelter

- Volunteering at animal refuge

- Soup kitchen

- MS Society

- Local Yellow Ribbon

- Pencils of Promise

If you're interested in helping or learning further about any of these mitzvah projects of my current students, please contact me.

B'shalom, Scott

I encourage you to contact me for various reasons, should you need the power of praying together.

1) Every Thursday I

write my "list of healing" for the upcoming Shabbat. If you, any member of your family or any friends should need to prayer of "refuah sh'leima" (prayer of healing of mind, body or soul) please contact me. I will certainly add their names to my mishebeirach list.
2) Every Friday morning I write my kaddish list. If you are saying kaddish for a loved one, but unable to attend a service on Shabbat, please contact me with the name and I will say the name at my service. Either private message me on Facebook or [email protected].

3) Throughout the week, I do prayer or social visits in the Cherry Hill area. If you have a relative who is ill in a local hospital, hospice, nursing home or confined to your home, please contact me.

Just private message me on Facebook, Twitter, or email me at [email protected]. B'shalom, Scott
