A Taste of The Enterprise Conference
& Banquet Center

A "Taste" of The Enterprise Conference and Banquet Center is an annual event which showcases fabulous dishes prepared by the preferred chefs and caterers of The Enterprise Conference & Banquet Center. This event gives the community the opportunity to taste various dishes and menu items.  Chef Irvin Williams, who appeared on Seasons 9 and 11 of The Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen" was the special guest. This year, for the first time, chefs and caterers competed in a cook -off!  Four chefs competed to make scrumptious shrimp appetizers and tantalizing chicken entrees in timed rounds. Chef Pam Cager of For All Occasions Cakes & Catering  was crowned the winner.
And the winner is........
Chef Pam Cager!
