Easing Up! LLC Presents:
"Resilience Advantage Workshops"
Four Six-Week Workshops!
Presented by Elizabeth Page, HeartMarth(tm), Personal Mentor and Trainer, and owner of Easing Up! LLC.
In this skills-based program, you will learn practical tools and strategies to reduce stress and strengthen resiliency. This workshop is appropriate for anyone who would like a regain control over the drama of life. Learn how to be peacefully present, true to your values and focused throughout it all. Again, covering practical tools and strategies to self-regulate your emotions, reduce stress, fatigue and boost resilience. Cost is $100.00 for the series. Payment will be collected at the first class.
3rd Course- Managing Stress with Diabetes or Heart Disease - Saturday Mornings from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon. Six-Weeks from March 25th through April 29th. This class will be held at Prescott Valley Civic Center, Room 330 7501 E. Civic Circle Prescott Valley, AZ. Cost is $100.00 for the series. Payment will be collected at the first class.
4th Course - Managing Stress during Cancer or On-going Medical Treatment - Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. from March 15th through April 19th. This class will be held at the Adult Center of Prescott 1280 E. Rosser Street Prescott, AZ 86301 Meeting Room. Cost is $100.00 for this series. Payment will be collected at the first class.

Are you: 1. Flexible in your scheduling. (Strictly an on-call job, with weekly scheduling).
2. Compassionate and patient in working with older adults in the transition process.
3. Financially able to work 0 -30 hours per week as the schedule dictates.
4. A fast learner. 5. You and your car are reliable 6. In good physical condition to work up to 6-8 hours per job in a physically demanding job. Crew lift a max of 25 pounds solely/ 50 pounds jointly and do not move furniture. This is not a warehouse job. 7. Able to work with entry level pay with increases based on skills and industry standards.

Compensation: $9.50 to 12.00 to start.
