I've held a variety of development engineering positions in both packaging and semiconductor technologies. After IBM divested the microelectronics division in 2015 I joined IBM research. I'm currently working on advanced semiconductor nodes. Although I work with research teams in NY and VT, I  now reside at IBM Tucson. It's great to be back!
