Blessed to Bless:
Pass It Forward
We were blessed with a wonderfully encouraging and inspiring evening at our annual Kids in Cleats' benefit dinner on March 7th. We extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who participated, supported, and prayed for this special night.

We have some great upcoming opportunities to reach out to many amazing kids and families this spring - just read below! We are thankful for God's blessings and provision that keep us going forward.

See you at the fields,
Marcelo Galvao and Team ANSA
VIP Spotlight: People You Should Know!
Meet Coach Brian Haynes

Coach Brian is originally from Trinidad and Tobago. Coach Brian came to the US on a college soccer scholarship, where he graduated from an NAIA program. He played many years in the MLS and was an assistant coach in the MLS and a head coach in the NASL professional league.

We're excited to have Coach Brian join our ANSA coaching staff. He is a great coach and mentor who loves God and loves inspiring and developing youth to reach their full potential on and off the field.
Meet ANSA Players: Kernell and Silvester

Meet eight-year-old best friends and new ANSA players, Kernell and Silvester (aka Silver). Kernell and Silver come to our developmental site that practices at Landis Elementary every Wednesday and Friday from 5:30-7pm. Silver says that he likes playing soccer "because it is his favorite sport" and that his favorite player is "Messi."  Both boys are quick learners and are doing a fantastic job. Welcome, boys! We are glad to have you.

It was an evening to remember.  While  Preston Smith  and Dean Galbadores shared their musical talents and Avenida Brazil shared delicious food, ANSA supporters and friends gathered together at Sugar Creek Baptist Church to hear about the mission and impact of ANSA. Sixteen-year-old ANSA players, Samuel and Roberto, who come from very different backgrounds, shared how being a part of ANSA has touched their lives.

ANSA staff and board members extend a big thank you to all who attended, to all who continue to support ANSA on this journey and mission to reach youth and families with the message of Hope, and to all of you who pray and work hard, oft times behind the scenes - like this year's Goal Award recipients, Flavio and Raquel Beato.

If you could not attend and still would like to show your support, you can "get in the game" with ANSA by  CLICKING HERE.

ANSA Brownsville 2019 Stars!
ANSA Brownsville site is welcoming new soccer players for 2019. Our young kids have been training every week, and they have never missed a soccer practice. Zach loves being a goalkeeper, and whenever there’s a challenging goalkeeper drill, he says what he knows is true, “nothing is impossible with God!” The ANSA Brownsville site is growing, and we are excited for this year's ANSA soccer players. Thank you to Coach Garibay, as well as our newest goalie training volunteers, Osvaldo Mosqueda and Ashley.
