Diaconate/School of Ministry Information Day Deadline April 23rd

Tuesday, April 23rd is the deadline for the receipt of registration forms for the Information Day on the Diaconate and the School of Ministry that will be held at All Saints Episcopal Center on April 27th. If you have someone in your congregation who will be attending, please have them fill out the registration form that can be found here. Registration forms can be scanned and emailed to Rose Bogal-Allbritten

If a registration is being sent via snail mail, please let me know by email or phone (270) 293-9490. If you or they have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Bishop Robert Wright presented the 2019 Brennan Lecture Series on the Spirituality of Leadership. If you would like to listen to Bishop Wright's lectures, you may do so here.
Chrism Mass

Yesterday, the Clergy of the diocese gathered with Bishop White at All Saints to renew their ordination vows and to bless the holy oils (oil of healing, catechumate, and chrism).

Youth Mission Trips
Youth who will be in grades 10-12 during the 2019-2020 school year are invited to apply for the Province IV Mission trip. To learn more, you can email Katherine Doyle .

Youth who will be in grades 7-9 during the 2019-2020 school year are invited to join other youth of the Diocese of Kentucky on a mission trip, Living Our Baptismal Covenant, to Southwest Virginia. That application is here.
Youth Council Applications
Youth Council Applications are now available for youth who will be in grades 9-12 during the 2019-2020 school year. They are due back June 1, 2019. You can find links to the forms below.

CLERGY NEWS
Congratulations and blessings to the Reverend Anne Richter (formerly Vouga) and Don Richter, who were married on March 30th, 2019. Anne is the Associate Priest for Christian Formation and Family Ministry at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Louisville.
We celebrate Allison Caudill, who was ordained to the Transitional Diaconate on February 17th, 2019 at St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Allison is currently a seminarian at the Sewanee School of Theology, where she will be graduating this May.
We celebrate the ordination of Raleigh Langley to Priesthood on March 3rd, 2019 at St. Francis in the Fields.  

We were also blessed to be able to witness Bob Coon being received as a priest back into the Episcopal Church by Bishop Brewer at St. Francis in the Fields on March 3, 2019.

Hello, My name is Katie McNew. I am the new Assistant for Communications and Administration. For the past three and a half years I have been very happily employed as Parish Administrator for St. John's Episcopal Church in Murray, but it was time for an adventure! I am happy to be in Louisville and I look forward to learning about and supporting the mission of the Episcopal Church through my work on the bishop's staff. I'm here to help!
