Tuesday, April 23rd from 3:00 - 4:45 pm
at the Regent Theatre in downtown Allegan.
Come and see how your donations make an impact in our community.

An open house will follow at the Foundation, 113 Locust St., downtown Allegan.

APRIL is cereal drive month!
Please bring cereal donations with you!

The Love Your Hometown votes have been tallied!
We will reveal the winning project at reveal events in each
of the hometowns across Allegan County on Saturdays
April through June!
Join us and find out who will enhance, improve or beautify your hometown with their project!
Because hunger doesn’t take a summer vacation...
4th Annual Cereal Drive
April 1st - April 30th

The goal of 30,000 boxes of cereal equals
one box, per week, per child who is eligible for free/reduced lunch in Allegan County!

The youth TAG Team met with nationally recognized youth motivational speaker, Laurie Stewart. Laurie will be providing training for team members as they head off to 6th grade classrooms throughout the county.

Team members will be encouraging
"Choose Kindness"
as their message.

The Women’s Education Coalition (WEC) Fund
awards scholarships to unemployed or underemployed women, specifically those who have had a significant break in their education, and whose financial/employment prospects would be improved by returning to school. The WEC was started in 1996, and over the past 25 years has given out over a million dollars to more than 200 women. 
This scholarship is open to women from five counties – Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Barry, Allegan, St. Joseph and Van Buren.
 
Applications are due to Kalamazoo Community Foundation (402 E. Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007) on  May 15, 2019 .
