Recipe of the Month:
This veggie-packed dish is one of our most popular recipes. It can be made into a meal by adding a protein source such as sauteed/ baked tofu or tempeh, chicken or shrimp. It can even be made in less than 10 minutes if you buy riced cauliflower - hard to beat! Find the recipe at
Eat Well @ Work
and other recipes at
Cook Well Berkeley.
