Learning different ways to tutor
 
Social distancing from COVID-19 is challenging for all of us. At Literacy DuPage before the pandemic, face-to-face interactions were cornerstones in our tutoring programs —one-on-one, small group, conversation group, and classroom-based. 
 
For many tutors, social distancing measures have left them discovering different ways to tutor their learner(s). In a survey of our tutors, about half of the tutors (46%) have continued tutoring their learners since in-person tutoring activities have been suspended.
 
Of those continuing to work with their learners, the below results show how they’re staying connected.
