Jeremiah's Place
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
Covid-19 & What it means for us!
During this uncertain time for our county, our state and our nation Jeremiah's Place is very aware of the situation we have been thrown into. During the past several weeks we have put policies, procedures and safety measures in place for both our staff and the families we serve. We continue to work closely with our community partners to meet the needs of each family. We are closely monitoring our families ability to continue working while also facing the challenge of childcare.
How Can You Help?
"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink..."

Jean Richardson a member at Dahlonega United Methodist Church has graciously offered to provide a hot dinner once per week for our families. This week she made homemade soup, chilli and cornbread. The love and support that accompanies each meal is truly felt by our families.

If you would like to provide a hot meal please call our office and let us know.

There are other ways you can help through this stressful time. Financial support is always a blessing for us. Even if you have ONE roll of paper towels or ONE pack of toilet paper, we can use it. Acts of kindness like this make it possible for us to continue to achieve our mission, which is to assist our families in getting back on their feet as productive members of the community.

"There is hope and that hope is YOU "

Stay safe and healthy, keeping you all in my prayers.
