Award-winning builder Pardee Homes is known for providing smart solutions for home buyers and at no time has that been more apparent than during today’s health crisis. After months of testing, Pardee Homes recently unveiled its new virtual shopping options in three of its communities: Weston, Pacific Highlands Ranch and Playa del Sol. The interactive system has been well received by prospective buyers.

Pardee Homes ’ very own Construction Manager, Patrick Milks, received recognition by the 2020 Homebuyer’s Choice Awards as Construction Representative of the Year. Out of 1,800 Construction Manager candidates in the competition, Patrick finished in First Place, with a score of 100% in Construction and Home Walk-Thru surveys conducted in 2019.

Meridian Development has completed construction on and transferred $15 million in infrastructure improvements at Millenia to the City of Chula Vista this week which include a fire station and two neighborhood parks. The community’s next major infrastructure amenity, a $3 million pedestrian/bicycle bridge spanning Eastlake Parkway is scheduled for completion in May. 

Everyone is working hard to do the right thing and "flatten the curve", which means many events have been cancelled.
