April 12-18 is National Telecommunicators Week, and we will be celebrating all DEC employees with themed dress-up days, food, prizes, and more. Because of COVID-19, this year's celebration has been scaled back, but we are still celebrating!

Congratulations to the seven graduates of the 33rd Basic Dispatch Academy, who graduated on Feb. 28. They are now completing on-the-job training in the Training Center.
Michael performs as a drummer with two local Pipes and Drums groups, Old Dominion Firefighters Emerald Society and Metro Richmond Police Emerald Society.
