NY Cluster Initiative Has Ended
 Effective Monday, March 22, all five remaining yellow cluster zones were eliminated. All restrictions that were in place due to the cluster designation have been lifted; however, businesses will continue to be subject to all relevant NY Forward reopening guidance.
