CNA Website Content

As we build our new CNA Website, we need to reach out to our Cordata neighbors for some help.

One of the pages of our website will be a resource page for the HOA/COA communities in Cordata. We would like to offer a site for neighborhoods to post news and events and to celebrate what makes each neighborhood special. We also would like this page to be a resource for Board members to find and share resources and ideas with other neighborhood Board members.

To that end, we have been trying to locate contact information from current Board members in our Cordata communities so we can reach out to see whether this resource page would be of interest to them.

So, we are asking for your help. If you live in one of the following communities, please send an email to [email protected] to give us the name of your Board president or other officer with an email address. We very much appreciate your help.

West Horton Project
The West Horton Road project is wrapping up with landscaping and site clean-up activities underway. Final striping is nearly complete. The roadway is now open with a temporary handrail and provides access for all users through the corridor and to parking for Julianna Park. For more information, visit the West Horton Road phase 1 website or contact Freeman (Fritz) Anthony, P.E., project engineer, at [email protected] or (360) 778-7924.

Northwest/Bakerview Intersection Improvements
Work is weather dependent, substantial delays should be expected, and people are encouraged to avoid the area if possible. Final pavement markings are being installed. The NW/Bakerview intersection project improves pedestrian and bicycle safety and efficiency through the reconstruction of curb ramps, sidewalk, traffic islands, and installation of improved visibility pavement markings in the vicinity of the Northwest Avenue and West Bakerview Road intersection. A center median curb has been installed along West Bakerview Road from Arctic Avenue vicinity to Northwest Avenue vicinity. Flaggers and traffic control will be present. For more information, visit the Northwest/Bakerview Intersection Improvements website or contact Larry Scholten, P.E., project engineer, at [email protected] or (360) 778-7923.
