If you're coming to see us:

**Masks are required for both customers and staff.

**Please sanitize or glove at the door. If you have your own sanitizer, please apply it when you come in so we can see that you're being safe.

**Our customer limit is currently 4. If we are at capacity, we will hang a sign at the door - if you see the sign, please wait in your car or at a safe distance until it's your turn to enter.

**All entry is from the side door, unless you are unable to manage the stairs.

**You can still shop online at yankeepridequilts.com! We can ship to you, or you can choose Store Pickup and everything will be bagged and ready to go.

Change is hard...

As you can see, our newsletter looks very different from what you're used to. Our traditional look has been retired by the company we use, and as we all know, when you're forced to 'upgrade', sometimes the familiar gets lost in translation.

We hope you'll stick with us while we find a new, more streamlined way to provide all the information you expect from us. We will continue to do our best to bring you all that's going on at the shop.

You'll see below that we've received several lines of fabric since our last newsletter - some fun, some basic, and some really beautiful. We hope you see something here you love, and that you need (or want) to add to your stash. Isn't it time to start sewing again?

Amish with a Twist BOM:

We're pleased to announce this BOM will start in May 2021. The program will run for 12 months, and includes the pattern, and the fabric for the top and binding. For your background, you get to choose white, gray, or black when you sign up. Backing is not included. Remember - we're using Moda "Grunge" instead of solids!

This program costs $21.85 a month. For those quilters who would like it shipped, we're happy to do that for a minimal charge.

Snowman Wool Block of the Month:

We're also pleased to announce a wool BOM, also to begin in May 2021. This program will also run for 12 months. The price includes the pattern, the wool for the blocks, the cotton background and binding. Backing is not included.

Our Wool BOM costs $19.50 a month. For those who wish to have it shipped, we're happy to do that for a minimal charge.

America the Beautiful

Normally, we don't tend to have too many patriotic prints. So often, they all look the same, and we all know that when you're making a quilt, you need different patterns, colors, and motif sizes. This new line has the traditional, but there are a few funky ones here, too. Check out the flag/stars (top, and second row left in photo)!

On The Go

What a fun line! Among the prints here are construction vehicles, emergency vehicles on the roads, and all kinds of commotion at the airport. The tone-on-tone prints (red, yellow, gray, and the white print in the center of the photo) can be used in all kinds of different quilts!

Dapple Dots

A close look at these make you think they might be batik, but you'd be wrong - they're actually aged muslin! Marcus is modernizing the aged muslin look with more colors, and some added design - this line has random dots and splatters throughout. Wouldn't a bag be fun using this?

Sanctuary

Pretty, pretty. This new 3 Sisters line is just what we need for Spring. We love the subtle stripe (top in photo), and the floral clusters (bottom left in photo). Make something sweet, from a little girl's dress to a throw for your couch.

Batiks

We love all these colors! And all of them will tuck into your stash so nicely. One that stands out? The black and green Queen Anne's Lace - or is it fireworks? (right middle in photo) You get to decide - we just think it's really cool!

Dinosaur Friends

What a fun line! Dinosaurs are always popular, but Judy can't always find them. This line won't stick around long, with its great colors and different kinds of dinos. The allover print (top left in photo) is perfect for pillowcases, backpacks, and quilt borders. And dare we say the rest of the prints are sized nicely for masks...

Woodland Whispers

Hoffman is doing a fabulous job with their digital prints. The most recent lines we've seen, like this one, have looked very much like watercolor paintings. There are lots of leaves here, with two different backgrounds, and the tree print (center in photo) is just stunning. We're not rushing fall, as we're barely coming out of winter. But it never hurts to prepare for future projects!
