Christian Brothers welcomes new Director of Design |
Christian Brothers Interiors is pleased to announce Jenny Lynn as their new Director of Design Center Operations. Jenny Lynn worked alongside industry consultant Mike Moore, co-founder of Options Online, and also for Studio Chateau, traveling nationwide to help homebuilders successfully implement the online design center and options system. With over 30 years of industry experience, Jenny is passionate about executing Finished Home Design to improve the home buying and homeownership experiences.

Kai Ramer Named President of Rick Engineering Company |
Rick Engineering Company has named Kai E. Ramer president and chief operating officer. Ramer, a licensed civil engineer in California and Arizona and a licensed traffic engineer in California who joined the firm in 1986, has held the position of COO since 2017. He is the fifth chief executive for the 65-year-old company.
Roger L. Ball, who has served as president of the privately held firm for the past 15 years, becomes chairman of the board.

Hunsaker has a New President |
Hunsaker & Associates San Diego is thrilled to announce the promotion of Alisa Vialpando, from Vice President to President. With over 31 years of experience in the design and management of engineering projects from concept through construction, she will be responsible for the firm’s long-range strategic planning, establishing the company policies and procedures, financial controls, and employee relations. Alisa serves on the board of the San Diego BIA and has recently been honored by San Diego Business Journal as one of its “Women of Influence in Engineering 2021”.

Chelsea Investment Corp. and Sudberry Properties Celebrate Grand Opening in Civita |
Chelsea Investment Corp., and Sudberry Properties announce the grand opening of Siena affordable apartments for seniors and Stylus affordable apartments for families in Mission Valley’s Civita urban village. The $155 million residential development is one of the largest new affordable housing projects in San Diego County. “Affordable housing is critical to the San Diego region as we must provide housing for our aging population, as well as working-class families,” said San Diego Councilmember Raul Campillo. “The Siena and the Stylus apartments are exactly the type of housing we want to see more of in our community.” he said.

Rob Calzada Joins Pacific Green Landscape, Inc. as Operations Manager |
Rob Calzada brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new role at Pacific Green Landscape, a position that was created to provide additional support to co-Vice Presidents, Chad Rogers and Mark Mazalewski, both of whom were promoted in 2019. Rob has worked on HOA, commercial, multifamily, residential and municipal properties, in both the installation and maintenance phases, which will serve PGL and builders well during landscape maintenance turnovers.

Hunsaker Identifies New Principal |
Jimmy Elmore, PLS, Mapping and GIS Manager, has been promoted to Principal at Hunsaker San Diego. Jimmy has over 25 years of experience specializing in resolving complex property boundary analysis tasks while utilizing the latest technological advancement tools to solve survey and GIS-based spatial analysis. Jimmy is a professional Land Surveyor in California and Arizona, a Certified Federal Surveyor, and FAA Certified Part 107 UAV Pilot.

On March 23rd, while out on one of his routine bicycle rides, Russ Clark with New Pointe Communities was in a traumatic accident when a car pulled out in front of him with no time to even brake. Russ suffered multiple injuries to his neck, spine, ribs, knees, as well as suffering a concession. He has endured one 5+ hour surgery already and faces more in the future. He has a long and painful road to full recovery so we have set this page up to support Russ and his family during these difficult times to fill in the gaps that insurance does not cover. > GO FUND ME
