Community Reminders

  • Firethorne, as well as much of the Katy area, is a very diverse place. This month many families will be celebrating Ramadan which includes decorating of their homes with lights. Residents are always welcome to decorate for any holiday they choose to celebrate.

  • Spring is a great time to do some yard work and help keep Firethorne looking great. Flower beds should not be left empty nor full of weeds. Take a look around your house and address any problem areas; pull weeds, add mulch, power wash driveways, make sure your house number is visible, replace dead or missing plants & clean out expansion joints.

  • The only political sign allowed to be displayed right now are for the May elections.

  • Yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. Please stay alert and free of distractions while driving.

  • Parking by the mailboxes is for short term parking ONLY while you are picking up your mail. Do not park in these areas overnight.

  • Please help to keep our bathrooms clean. If you make a mess, clean it up before you leave.

  • Please use your fobs when entering the gym. You must be 16 or older to enter the Fitness Center.

  • You must exit the Fitness Center by 11pm or you will set off the security alarm.

  • Next HOA Regular Board Meeting will be at the Clubhouse on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 11am.

  • Trash Cans MUST be out of view from the street. Do not leave cans at the curb when it is not a trash pick up day (Wednesday/Saturday).

  • If you have books to donate to the Little Free Library by the main playgroup you may drop them off at the HOA Management Office.

  • Check around the exterior siding of your home for any mildew and address any problem areas.

  • Fence height may not exceed 6ft 6in. Any fence facing the street, drainage areas or any other common areas must remain at 6ft. Click here for more info.

  • If you are unable to fit your trash in a neighborhood trash can while enjoying the amenities please bring it home to dispose of properly. Overflowing trash cans are not a good look for the neighborhood.
