Scholastic Book Fair:
We are hosting a scholastic book fair in the lobby from April 11 until April 14th. Flyers will be available two weeks before the book fair.

Outdoor Play:
As the weather turns warmer, our classrooms will be spending more time outside. Please make sure your children have appropriate outdoor attire. They will get wet and muddy during this season.

School Age Summer Camp:
Do you have a school age child or know a family looking for summer care? Katie's Kids wants to offer an invitation to our summer camp program.
  • Pricing: $60.00/day or $260.00/week
  • Registration: $65 early bird registration fee or $80 registration fee after May 1st
  • Enrollment Packets: Available at the front desk to complete and returned
  • The summer application link is below, please return with days of attendance marked and the registration fee.

Teacher Appreciation Week
May 2nd - 6th
It is that time of year again! Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2nd - 6th this year and we are already thinking of ways to let our staff know that they are loved and appreciated. They have remained rock solid in their dedication to your children during this difficult pandemic and have proved how essential they really are. Let's show them how much they mean to us!

As we begin to plan for this special week there are multiple ways that you can help!
  1. Provide monetary donations to the front desk
  2. Share your ideas via aiyana@katieskids.net
  3. Volunteer to provide items when the time comes. (More info to come on that in the future.)
Forms...
Katie's Kids is required to have the following forms updated yearly. If you have not already done so, please complete the following forms and return to the front. These forms are available at the front desk as well.
Parent Advisory Committee (PAC)
Do you want to help give back to your teachers? Katie's Kids PAC will be joining again to help show our teachers appreciation and improve our center. We will be asking for parents help with various events throughout the year. These events include teacher appreciation week, Earth Day, family events, field trips, etc.

Our first event will take place this April. A more detailed flyer will be sent out at the beginning of April.

This is a great opportunity to meet other parents from your child's room and within the center.
