This informative webinar will look at one of the least talked about skills that a project manager should have. Despite the profession of project management being recognized as a potentially stressful profession, the ability to look after your own well-being is not seen as an essential skill that a project manager should have. A project manager is told that they must have a great blend of technical skills and soft skills, but these skills are outward-facing.
