We're always looking for ways to improve our customer service and make work in the box office a bit easier for you. We now have a YouTube channel with some instructional videos on it.

While there are only a few videos up now - like "How to Set up a Show" and "How to Use the Help Desk," we will be adding more on a regular basis.

You can view all the available videos buy using the HOME and VIDEOS navigation tabs.

We are also organizing them into PLAYLISTS that contain subject categories. Right now we have two: Printers and Wintix Tutorials. We will soon be adding more, like Webtix Tutorials, Reports, and Scantix.

Capture that annoying error message or failed operation
with a screen shot!
A picture, as they say, is worth a thousand words. And it sure can help us help you.

If you get an error message, take a screen shot and send it to us so we can see specifically what you experienced.

If something you are doing in the software doesn't operate like it is supposed to, take a screen shot so we can see exactly what you were trying to do.

Words can be vague - like gltichy or buggy - and we need all the details to know what happened so we can help solve your issue.

Sometimes it might be something as simple as your online patron didn't fill in a required field, so the purchase didn't go through!

One advantage our Wintix users have is having a dedicated support team to talk with. It's often hard to even find a phone number or email address to reach a customer service people at some companies.

We like being able to reach a 'real' person when we need help, and figure you do, too.
New separate categories for Wintix and Webtix updates on the Help Desk

Keeping your software updated is important because of improvements and fixes. It can be hard to remember if it's a WINTIX update (in which case you should run a manual update) or a WEBTIX update (in which case you don't need to do anything because the update has already been made to your online shopping cart).

We hope it will a bit easier to keep up because we separated the updates into different categories on the Help Desk - Wintix Updates and Webtix Updates.

Every time we send you an email saying there is a software update, we put the information into one of these two categories.

So, if you missed one of our emails, you can always find the latest updates here. Or see a history of updates we've made along the way.

And just look at all these other categories! A wealth of knowledge (about our software, anyway) is at your fingertips!
