Upcoming Collabs

Beacon, Inc. / Solidarity Sleepout

We're thrilled to sponsor a collaborative, community art project at this year's Solidarity Sleepout, hosted by Beacon, Inc!

When the Sleepout kicks off on the evening of 4/26, you'll find a large–but unfinished–piece of artwork. We've custom designed and hand-illustrated this super-sized image exclusively for this event, and of course we're sending all the goodies you need to bring it to life!

This piece will be displayed at Friend's Place, Beacon's overnight shelter that can house forty women, men, and nonbinary adults experiencing homelessness. Select 'Solidarity Sleepout' above to register!

Bloomington Early Music Festival + Exodus Refugee

During a casual conversation at checkout, we learned that the Bloomington Early Music Festival is teaming up with Bloomington's Exodus Refugee chapter to create an art exhibition––and we asked if there was anything we could do to help.

We consider it an immense privilege to provide the tools and materials that participating families will use to create the New Neighbors Art Exhibit, a collection of artworks that document, reflect, and express their journeys.

May 19-25, the FAR Center will showcase this body of work. During evening performances, visitors can reflect on the collection created by those who have had to leave their homes, while experiencing the music of those who had much the same experience so many centuries ago.

Bloomington Early Music Festival events are free and open to all. All in-person concert venues are handicap-accessible.

Drumroll, Please!

Without further ado, you're invited to...

During our initial months, we've enjoyed settling in and getting to know all of you! We've written down product recs, brand requests, names of artists and galleries you mention, and technique pointers you've shared.

We've been listening to you, and what we've heard most consistently is that a lot of us are looking for a creative third space. In some of our earliest meetings after we opened, we joked with folks that we should just start an art club....to which we received a lot of wide-eyed, suddenly-serious responses of "I would definitely go to art club!"

So? Let's have Art Club!

Art Club will be an entirely free, lightly-structured meetup at bfa.supply on the second Thursday of each month.

Everyone is welcome, all ages, all abilities, all levels of experience! We'll have something simple and art-focused planned, but will keep the focus on having fun and staying explorative.

And? Anyone 16+ gets their very own club card stamped at every meetup. Each stamp is good for 5% off at checkout the next time you're in, usable in any quantity up to 8. (That's 40% off a purchase if you stack 'em high!)
