April Chapter 4 of 12 in 2024

Spring has arrived! With spring break for many students and at different times during the month. We can get outdoors for fresh air and Vitamin D provided by the sunshine. Plant flowers seeds now for Mother’s Day in May.

Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable!

Volunteer Appreciation Week is April 21st-27th!!

We thank each and every one of you for all that you do for the 4-H Program!!!

We will be attending all the clubs meetings in the next couple of months to honor our volunteers and have a fun pizza night for everyone!!!

Scotts Valley 4-H was our first club meeting that we attended. A huge thank you to Round Table Pizza for helping us provide the pizza with a discount!!!

NEXT 4-H COUNCIL MEETING -

July 22, 2024

Council meetings are via zoom and our held the 4th Monday of the month six times a year at 6:00 p.m. Please watch your newsletters for when the next meeting will be.

Please send a representative for your club’s input and updates. Provide an email address for the office to send zoom link and reminder.

4-H camp Steering Committee, meets once per month, you do not need to attend camp to be on the steering committee.

4-H Council decided to postpone the Spring Fling until 2025.

The Leadership Roundtable is still seeking a date for more attendees’ availability. Topic: Each year we strive to be back with all the opportunities 4-H has for our youths and volunteers. Please remember to donate the whites you have outgrown back to the closet!!
