GATE ACCESS PORTAL REMINDER:

Greetings Heritage Residents,

 

This reminder addresses visitor, vendor and guest procedures at Heritage. You MUST give permission for access to these individuals, companies or deliveries, through the Gate Access APP or on-line via the GateAccess.net website. Remember when you log-in the Community Code is abbreviated “HAC.” The Rome Security personnel DO NOT have administrative permissions to enter this data.

 

A recent visit to the Guardhouse revealed a significant number of residents have failed to follow this protocol. Consequently, the security attendant, has to retain the vehicle in the visitor lane, call the listed phone number and hope the resident picks up. The visitor lane quickly fills up. Please update your contact info in Gate Access App and at the Clubhouse. Calls to incorrect or non-current phone numbers are commonplace, further complicating the entry process. The attendant cannot accept a call made by the visitor to you or vice versa. The security implications should be obvious; they must talk to you from their phone. All of this can be avoided by simply listing your guests in Gate Access App.

 

Rome Security will be instructed to deny access to non-listed guests. They will be instructed to exit and contact you. The burden will be on them to have you properly list their information thru Gate Access. They can return to the visitor lane and request permission by having your name and address and YOU having listed them in Gate Access.
