All notices must be done in person at the Leasing Office

As we approach the busy PCS summer months we wanted to remind all residents of our notice to vacate policy. 

• We require a minimum of 30 days written notice to vacate in our office by the military member or someone with a power of attorney.  
• If you are on a month-to-month lease we do not require orders for you to be able to submit your notice. We recommend submitting notice when you receive your assignment notification to ensure you are not paying for additional days you are not in the home.
• If you are with-in your one year lease term orders are required for you to be able to submit your notice to vacate. 

We understand that transportation may not have your move date scheduled by the time you need to submit your notice to vacate with us. This is ok, you may submit notice for the date you anticipate moving and change it with no penalty as long as you are not within 1 week (7days) from your final out.

Attention residents,

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) has contracted with an independent, third-party survey firm to administer the DoD Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey1 for all DAF privatized and government-owned housing sites. The survey will begin March 4, 2024. All housing tenants in DAF privatized housing projects and government-owned housing sites will receive a link to access the survey via email. Tenants will have until April 18, 2024 to submit their assessments.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, which has inspired us to make meaningful improvements within our community. We're excited to announce that our bulk trash facility is now accessible 24/7, offering greater convenience to all residents.

What's New:

• Access Self Help & Bulk Trash via West Scott Street: The Self-Help office and bulk trash facility can now be accessed through a new entrance at the end of West Scott Street.

• Closure of Jones Mill Road Entrance: The previous entrance on Jones Mill Road is no longer operational. All traffic to the Self-Help office will be redirected to the entrance on West Scott Street.

• Guidance Map Included: To assist you in navigating to the new entrance, we have included a map. This map will guide you on the easiest route to access the trash facility, including the approach to the Self-Help facility via West Scott Street.

We recognize that this change may require some adjustment, particularly for those who frequently visit the Self-Help facility. Rest assured, this update is part of our ongoing effort to enhance our services and living experience for our service members.
