Total Herd Enrollment (THE) Billing 1st Installment
Total Herd Enrollment (THE) participants were billed for the 1st installment on April 1st for the 2024 enrollment. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For members with a credit card on file, fees were billed to your credit card at time of billing. The 2nd THE installment fee will be invoiced on October 1st.
NOTE: if an enrolled cow loses her calf, is shipped, sold or dies between installment billings, the second installment is still due and payable by the member who enrolled her.

2024 CSA Memberships
In accordance to CSA bylaw #22, Membership Fees were due and payable by March 31st to remain an active member of the Canadian Simmental Association (CSA) and Young Canadian Simmental Association (YCSA). If you have not paid your 2024 fees, send payment today to remain a member of CSA / YCSA.
Online Members Buyer Numbers for Transfer
Online Members can access their buyer history under - Tools | Buyer History. This report can be sorted by Herd (account number), buyer name, date of sale, gender and number of head purchased. Note: There is also a Quick Search option to search for specific farm names, last names, etc. For any new commercial buyers who do not exist on your buyer history, contact our office for their complete address
DNA Hair Card Reminder
When submitting your hair samples to Neogen, the hair cards themselves have all the details Neogen needs to process them. When used correctly, the hair samples are fully secured inside the card with the adhesive provided. Submitting your hair samples in an extra envelope takes extra time in the lab and you may be charged an extra lab fee. If you have any questions, please contact the registry office.
