I CAN: Commit to Activity and Nutrition

6 Week Healthy Lifestyle Program

March 26 - April 30

Tuesdays and Thursdays

12:10-1pm | In-Person | Various Locations


The Be Well at Work Wellness team is excited to announce the return of our I CAN program! I CAN is a month-long, in-person wellness program for beginners.


This program includes fun group workouts with a certified personal trainer, a hands-on cooking class, a grocery tour, nutrition workshops, goal setting, optional fitness testing before and after the program, and prizes and giveaways for participants! Past participants appreciated being part of a group and the fun, connection, and accountability this format provides.


Please note, this program has limited spots available, so please consider your ability to commit to the program before registering.

UC Moves Challenge: Spring Into Motion

The UC Moves Challenge is back! This annual event is a systemwide UC movement and activity challenge and is a great way to get active and involved. This year's challenge will take place from May 1-29, with chances to win team and individual prizes along the way!

Breastfeeding Support Resources
