Volunteer Service Experience at The Trail Youth Coffee Home

Last week, Encompass welcomed 11 Eastside Catholic students for their sophomore retreat ‘Service Experience.’

After a brief tour of the Child Development Center, the students headed to local partner The Trail Youth Coffee Home. They were supplied with tasty beverages as they measured, packed, and labeled 300 3-oz bags of coffee to serve as a thank you gift for our Inspire Breakfast guests.

Thank you to our incredible volunteers from Eastside Catholic and our friends at The Trail Youth for hosting us and giving the students a great experience!

Do you want your own bag of Trail Youth coffee? Join us for a morning of community and encouragement at the Inspire Breakfast on April 29. Learn more and register today at https://encompassnw.ejoinme.org/inspire.

Grant Support for Outdoor Play Spaces

Encompass recently received a grant from the Rotary Club of Snoqualmie Valley to repair a few areas in the outdoor classroom at our Early Learning Center. These outdoor play spaces encourage experimentation and help children to develop and improve language, motor, problem-solving, and social skills. We are grateful for their continued support and for all the work they do to support the Snoqualmie Valley Community.
